About Curdlan
Curdlan is a water insoluble glucan. It is a powdered polysaccharide obtained by Alcaligenes faecalis using carbon, nitrogen and/or micro-element after the procedures of fermentation, alcohol extraction, filter pressing, drying, crushing,etc. It is the third food polysaccharide produced by fermentation approved by FDA in USA. The molecular instruction of gurdlan gum is a linear dextran passed by D-glucose β- Linear glucan composed of 1,3 glycosidic bonds.

Roast sausage, Prepared meat products, Marinated meat products,Minced fillet products,Rice & Flour products,Yogurt.
